The model presents engine A1 Balilla built in ZM Plage and Laśkiewicz
serial number 102 painting 7 Fighter Squadron.
Main Cautions
The model is rather labour -intensive and hard in build. Before gluing
get familiar with the model, the assembly drawings and the description of the
build.

The red color indicates patterns which can be made in your spare time
with the help of wires. The colors which should be used to paint the patterns
are described in the models description. The edges and unprinted surfaces
should be painted with properly chosen colors. The order of the numbered pieces
is not consistent with the order of the models build. Use the rule „TRY ON THREE TIMES AND THEN GLUE”
THE MODELS DESCRIPTION
Begin the build of the model from gluing the skeleton from pieces 1 – 3
without piece 4A. Make holes in pieces 1E and piece 4 through which you will
thread steering strands. Glue to piece 1D piece 17. Glue piece 3B into piece 3A
o the printed side to the inside in order to be shown in the opening of piece
3C. Next glue piece 4D. Glue together pieces 4AB and then join to the fuselage
and then to the levers and steering bars. Glue the floor and the rudder bar
piece 8-9, glue to piece 9C the steering bars. Glue the instrument board as according to the drawing. The clocks
should be made glassy. Paint patterns piece 6 silver and pieces 5C and 5H
black. Next glue together pieces 10ABC and then glue to the floor. Put piece
10BC in order to make it join to pieces 10DE. Glue piece 11 and 11AB as well as
set piece 13, glue steering bars to piece 13B. Put piece 11 through the opening
in pieces 4BC and pull until you reach piece 11A and then put without glue
piece 10DE and together with the wall piece 4A join to the fuselage, gluing
only wall piece 4A to the floor and piece 11 put into piece 3E leaving then as
“ loose”. Glue the weather side piece 16 by gluing it over with trusses. Glue
now the right side to the floor from the front to the back and then glue the
weather side piece 4A. Glue piece 11, piece 10DE should be specifically put in
order to join it with piece 10BC. Glue the steering bar and the pusher piece
14. Paint pieces 11,12C and 14 black. At this stage pull through piece 4A and
openings in piece 4 the steering bars, pulling them from the inside. Glue the
left side and piece 15. In piece 15CD cut out white spaces and in pieces 15AB
only those which belong to both pieces. Glue the guns and then properly glue,
also glue painted black piece 16H in the proper space. Before gluing over the
fuselage the sheathing remember to grind it. Now you can glue sheathing over
the fuselage and then glue the cooler pieces 19CDEFG . Glue the tail plane and
the angle strut 19B. Begin gluing the top piece of the fuselage from the tail
up to the bow, keeping caution with pieces 20DEF. Glue the engines cowling and
glue the slat 21FG and 18C. You can make them also by scarificating pieces 21A,
21C, 18C the side and back lines and then bend to the outside. Pieces 21BD
should overlap onto the cooler and onto the side sheathing. Now glue any small
pieces of the fuselages equipment. He next stage is to glue the undercarriage.
You can tighten the tail skid with cyano -acryle glue. Wrap over the axles with
legs white string as shown in the drawings and then glue piece 26G painted
silver and then glue to the wheel. Glue the stabilizer fin and the tails
steering. Glue the steering bars as according to the drawing. Glue into the
openings of piece 21BD exhaust pipes piece 31. Glue the fuselages missing equipment pieces 28FG,
piece 30A as well as the windscreen piece 29 and 29A. Glue the angle struts
pieces 36AB folding in half and tightening with wires piece 36 and glue so that
joinings will be at the back, make similarly angle struts piece 37AB. Glue the
wings as according to the drawings. The low airfoil should have a slight lift. Glue
to the wings and the fuselage the ferrulepieces 38 and 38A, they should be
painted before cutting out. Firstglue the lower airfoils putting them onto the
wie, which should be already glued to the fuselage and should be sticking out
of it. Then try on with the angle struts pieces 36AB the top airfoils and if
there is no loose space in piece 30A glue it Glue together the wings with the
help of the angle struts pieces 37AB. Glue the aileron piece 39. Make the
pusher piece 10F in your own free time and paint black. To the bottom glue to
piece 10BC and at the top to the black elliptic spaces. Make the tensions piece
38BC from wire and its length match to the model and paint black The rest of
the bars make from thin black thread. In the end glue the propeller , the ready
model cover with a thin layer of mat varnish.
