MAIN CAUTIONS!!!

The model is meat for all modellers. You can make it in the simple version or in the extensioned version with the inside of the body, the movable control surface, the arms chamber in the wings as well as the engines mock-up. During the gluing you should retouch the edges with the properly choosen colour. Pieces marked * should be glued to 0,5 mm cardboard, **onto 1 mm cardborad. The advanced modellers can make additional elements to the equipment. After gluing the model you can paint it with colourless half matt varnish.

Begin the build of the model from studying the precise descripitions and the drawings, choose the versions colour and the version of the model (simple or extensioned).

THE BODY

The build of the body begin from gluing segment 1, next make the inside of the pilots cabin (or in the simple version without it) as showed in drawing 6. Next glue segment 2 and 3 as showed in drawing 1 and 2.In segment 2 you can cut- out the side windows and glue dunder them segment 2b as showed in drawing 3. Glue from piece 4 the tails skeleton as showed in the drawing, next glue over it pieces 5, 5a and 5b choosing the variant of the stabilizers colour. In the simple version the fin glue from pieces 5a, but in the extensioned version from piece 5a cut-off the rudder and make it from pieces 7, 7a and 7b as according to the drawing.

The tail planes make from pieces 6p and 6l in the simple version and from pieces 6xp and 6xl as well as pieces 8P, 8L, 8a and 8b in the extensioned version as according to drawing 1 and 4. The movable parts are left for the modeller. Next you have to choose which version of the bodies front you wish to make. If you make the front cased then glue pieces from 9 to 12 according to the drawing and to the former 12a glue the propellers axle. If you choose to make the engines mock-up then the pieces should be glued later.

THE WINGS

The wings skeleton glue as according to drawing 7 from pieces 13. Form the movable flaps and ailerons as on the left side of the drawing, when making the simple version look At the right side. Glue to the skeleton elements of the ammunition room made from piece 14 according to drawing 9. Next make the wings sheathing from pieces 16 and 17 as according to drawing 8. but before gluing over them the skeleton, glue to the sheathing the undercarriages chambers elements made as showed in drawing 10 from piece 15. The movable flaps and ailerons make from elements 17e, f, g, h, i, j. The movable elements are left for the modeller. The cooler –piece18 make as showed in the drawing and glue it to the lower surface of the center section of the wing 19.

THE UNDERCARRIAGE

The undercarriages leg glue from piece 20 as showed in drawing 11 and the main wheels from pieces 21 as showed in drawing 12. You can make a hidden undercarriage, but then you should check the undercarriages geometry. The tail wheel glue from pieces 22 as showed in darwing 13. The undercarriages leg tighten with a wire in your own time.

ENGINE

Begin the build of the engines chambers from making the engine mount as showed in drawing 14 from wire 1mm and 0,6 mm, next the fittings of the rudder 9a and the center section of the wing 16 with the help of elements E24 and E25 as showed in drawing 15. Make the engine as showed in darwing 16 and 17 from elements E1- E10. Reducer-pieces E11- E18 glue as showed in darwing 16( in the proper elements make the hole for the propellers axle, piece E16 roll tightly), next glue the gun from pieces E19- E23 as showed in drawing 18(Make the barrel from a doctor needle), next glue together the engine, reducer and the gun. The guns barrel is also the propellers axle. Next build over the engine sheathing consisted of plates cutten out from pieces 9-12. The level of the engines revealdepends from the modeller. Next glue the tanks made as showed in drawing 15 from pieces E26 and E27. Next make the propellers from piece 24 as showed in drawing 19, which you put on the axle from piece 12a(in the simple version) or the guns barrel (extensioned version). To make the movable propeller glue them in the following stages: first glue the airscrew hub from pieces 24a-24e, next put it on the axle and secure from sliping,next glue the cap-piece 24, next glue the propellers blades-24f and g. The propellers sence of rotation is showed in drawing 19. Glue the exhaust pipes from pieces E28 and E29 as showed in drawing 16.

The remaining elements: The cabins shield piece 23 and aerial-25 make and glue as showed in drawing 20.
